Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process and provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping procedures.

Shipping Destinations

Countries/Regions: We currently ship to the United States only.

Future Expansion Plan: Additional shipping regions are under evaluation.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping applies to orders between $1.00 and $68.99, with a flat shipping fee of $9.90.

Orders with a total value of $69.00 or above qualify for free standard shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

For customers who wish to receive their orders faster, we offer an express shipping service with a flat fee of $19.90.

Based on your order total and delivery address, the system will automatically display the available shipping options at checkout.

No hidden fees: All charges are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the logistics provider. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or times of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If your order processing time exceeds the normal range, we will notify you by email.

Processing time and shipping time are calculated separately. Shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Time

To meet different customer needs, we offer two shipping methods: standard shipping and express shipping. Customers may select their preferred option at checkout, with no hidden fees.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping: 7–12 business days

Estimated delivery time for express shipping: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or transportation issues.

Total Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days

Express Shipping: 6–9 business days

Shipping Process

Orders are shipped via YunExpress, Yanwen, 4PX, and local postal services such as USPS or equivalent carriers.

Each order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation. We make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.

Split Shipments

While we strive to ship all items in a single package, some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments due to inventory availability, direct supplier shipments, or large orders requiring separate packaging. Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after placement, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

Tracking

After purchase, you will receive an email containing shipment details and a tracking number.

You can track your order on our website by entering your tracking number on the tracking page to view the current status.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@7chakrabracelet.com.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the information and arrange for a replacement, reshipment, or other appropriate solution.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your shipment is delayed, please be patient, especially during peak shipping periods. If tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us so that we can assist you in submitting an inquiry to the carrier.

If tracking shows that your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check nearby delivery areas, your mailbox, neighbors, or property management office.

You should also contact the carrier directly to request delivery confirmation. Please notify us of the delivery status within 7 days at support@7chakrabracelet.com.

While we cannot guarantee resolution of losses caused by theft or carrier errors, we will support you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unless the product is defective or does not match the description, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

No restocking fee is charged: 7chakrabracelet does not charge any return restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective products, customers are not required to pay any fees. This applies to products that are faulty, incorrectly shipped, or damaged during transit.

For customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for the actual return shipping costs. This applies to cases where the wrong item was ordered, the item does not fit, or the item is no longer needed.
